Who handles your information
Vobara Inc handles information associated with its website, purchases, private inquiries and client service. Contact support@vobara.com, or write to 36 NE 1st St, Suite 912, Miami, FL 33132.
Information we use
Information you provide can include your name, email, phone number, billing/delivery details, order and payment-status information, inquiry messages, design preferences, requested appointment times and service history. Occasion dates and preferences you choose to provide are optional unless needed for the particular service you request.
Our website and service providers also process technical information such as device/browser details, IP addresses, pages or products viewed, interactions, and identifiers used for security, checkout or permitted analytics. The information collected depends on the service, available privacy choices and your interaction with it.
Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the applicable payment providers. Use the secure checkout for payment information; do not email full payment-card details to VOBARA.
Why we use it and who helps us
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, prepare commissions, process and fulfill orders, arrange client service, maintain business records, prevent fraud and protect our services. We may disclose information to providers supporting those purposes and when needed to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights.
Our store uses Shopify for ecommerce and payments. Shopify customer/order information may also synchronize to Klaviyo for client records and permitted email communications, including profiles that are not subscribed to marketing. Google Workspace supports company email and calendars. Cal.com provides appointment availability, reservations, calendar invitations and appointment-related emails. Booking information can include your contact details, selected appointment time, meeting preference and any notes you choose to provide. For video consultations, follow the meeting link and review any notices shown by the video service. Booking does not enroll you in marketing. Our internal client-management systems support handling inquiries and service records. Where a separate advertising landing page is used, its inquiry form may send details to our client-management system rather than to a Klaviyo signup form. Google Analytics is configured for website measurement, subject to the applicable tracking settings and choices. Delivery providers receive information needed to carry out the agreed shipment or collection service.
We use Shopify Network Intelligence and related enhanced services. Shopify may combine information about interactions with our store with information from other merchants and Shopify to support personalization, measurement, advertising and service improvements. Shopify is responsible for its processing for these enhanced services, including applicable privacy-rights requests. See Shopify's consumer privacy policy and Shopify's privacy portal. The privacy choices below also apply where provided; we do not characterize every provider disclosure as exempt from sale/sharing rules.
Marketing and your choices
A purchase, inquiry, requested appointment or synchronized profile does not itself subscribe you to email marketing. Newsletter signup is handled through Shopify. We use Klaviyo for permitted email marketing, with an unsubscribe link in each marketing email. You can also request an email-marketing opt-out at support@vobara.com. Stopping marketing does not stop necessary order, security or requested service communications, including confirmations and reminders for appointments you request.
Where offered, use the cookie banner's Manage preferences controls to review optional personalization, marketing and analytics choices. Reopen them through Cookie preferences in the website footer or Cookies in checkout. Our optional Google Analytics tracking requires analytics permission; rejecting it does not prevent purchases or appointment requests. Required technologies support functions such as security and checkout. You may also control cookies through your browser; blocking required cookies can affect those functions.
Use Your privacy choices on our website for applicable sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs. Depending on your location, supported Global Privacy Control signals may also be treated as an opt-out for that browser/device and, where Shopify can associate it, the relevant account. A cookie choice, a sale/sharing opt-out and an email unsubscribe serve different purposes; contact us if you need help with more than one.
Requests and retention
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and may have rights to withdraw consent, object to processing or appeal a request decision. Contact support@vobara.com. We may need proportionate information to verify and process the request; please do not send sensitive identification or payment documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
We retain information as needed for its purposes, including transaction, tax, fraud prevention, warranty, service and legal obligations. A deletion request may be subject to those obligations and other lawful exceptions. Marketing records and optional preferences are considered separately from records needed to complete or support a transaction.
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to their arrangements and applicable safeguards. This policy does not promise U.S.-only storage. We may update the policy when our services or practices change; the published version will state its effective date.
Other websites and children
Links to social platforms or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Please review their notices before sharing information there. Our services are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@vobara.com so we can review and address it.
